Head of Sales The Role

Take ownership of a hands on Head of Sales position, leading, coaching and developing a team of 7 to deliver sustained growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll drive performance, win new business, strengthen key accounts and use data to guide commercial decisions. This is about building a motivated, accountable and high performing team - not just managing numbers.

Requirements
  • B2B proven sales leadership experience
  • Track record of delivering growth and hitting targets
  • Strong communicator with a growth mindset
  • Able to commute to state of the art premises in South Yorkshire most days per week
The Package
  • £50,000-£70,000 DOE
  • Uncapped profit share (OTE potential to double salary)
  • £6,800 car allowance
  • 6% pension, life assurance
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
