Head of Risk & Compliance - MTF FinTech (Ireland)

The Panel is seeking a senior leader to build and lead the risk and compliance function for our Ireland-regulated entity. You will report to the Board and work with group legal to shape governance and regulatory strategy.

You will own the risk framework end-to-end, design a robust monitoring programme, oversee AML and trade surveillance for RFQ trading, and liaise with the Central Bank of Ireland to ensure timely regulatory inquiries.
