Head of RFP

A well-established investment manager based in the west end is looking to recruit a Head of RFP in their London office. This firm has an excellent reputation globally within the institutional marketplace.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and coach a team maintaining a high standard of practices
2. Collaborate with internal teams on various projects to support business growth
3. Act as the main point of contact and control for the production of all RFP and wider business development materials
4. Ensure that procedures are kept up to date, writing new procedures as necessary
5. Oversee the completion of all new business proposals within tight deadlines
6. Completion of complex RFPs where required
7. Develop strong relationships with internal and external contacts
8. Strong leadership skills to motivate a growing team
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
10. Comfortable working closely with senior management
11. Prior experience managing a similar RFP team
12. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
