Head of Resident Experience & Dementia Innovation

Nellsar is looking for an experienced Head of Resident Experience to lead dementia and resident wellbeing across its Kent, Surrey and Essex Homes. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery to ensure compassionate, person-centred care across all sites.

You will shape dementia strategy, coach in-home teams, and collaborate with senior leaders to embed best practices, innovate programmes and deliver outstanding resident experiences while meeting regulatory standards.
