Head of Racecourse Operations

Hollybank Trustees Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Leopardstown Racecourse's day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, cost-effective and high-quality raceday and event experiences. You will report to the CEO and contribute to strategic objectives and continuous improvement across operations and facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement, with a commitment to delivering world-class customer experiences across racedays and events, while
