Head of R&D & Sustainable Formula Innovation

The Body Shop in Brighton is seeking an experienced Head of Research and Formula Development to define and lead the formula strategy and deliver sustainable innovation across the product portfolio. This is a permanent role, based in Brighton office 2 days per week, 3 days from home.
