Head of Quality Assurance - Strategic Children's Services Lead

Bedford Borough Council is seeking a Head of Service for Quality Assurance to lead critical delivery across safeguarding and service improvement. You will shape quality assurance, performance improvement, IROs and child protection leadership, while embedding high standards across the organisation.

You will drive the Families First reforms, adapt to portfolio changes, and work with partners to improve outcomes for children and families. Registration as a social worker is required.
