Head of QA, Manufacturing - Series Production

MBDA UK is seeking a Head of Quality Assurance to lead the QA team across Bolton manufacturing to deliver quality with Programme support. You will interface with Customer quality reps and drive issue resolution using industry-standard tools. The role focuses on risk reduction, PFMEA, control plans, and non-conformance management.

You will manage resources, coach team members, and align with operations to embed a culture of continuous improvement across the production lines.
