Head of Pursuits & Proposals

PwC Ireland is seeking a Head of Pursuits to lead the firm's pursuits team, shaping strategy, proposals, and client engagement across service lines including tax, assurance, and advisory. You will manage a team and external suppliers, oversee pursuit delivery, and drive high-value opportunities with senior partners and account teams.

You will mentor the Pursuit and Proposal team, implement training, and introduce new technologies and AI tools to streamline the lifecycle.
