Head of Public Services & Change Delivery

Fingal County Council invites applications for the Director of Services. Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Director will lead a broad portfolio of programmes and functions, guiding strategy, policy advice and service delivery across the Local Authority.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement with Elected Members, staff and external partners to drive outcomes. You will manage a senior team, initiate change programmes, ensure value for money, and foster innovation in a
