WANTED! Head of Property Management - Join a growing property team as the central point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors. You'll oversee maintenance, rent collection, and compliance, shaping the efficiency and success of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse property portfolio, including tenant and landlord relations.
• Oversee rent collection, credit control, and tenancy renewals.
• Coordinate property maintenance, contractors, and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and property legislation.
• Prepare budgets, service charge reporting, and financial reconciliations.
• Conduct inspections, inventories, and tenant check ins/check outs.
• Drive portfolio performance and client retention.
• Support day to day office operations and company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management and lettings.
• Proven ability to manage diverse property maintenance and management issues across apartments, houses, and other building types.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer systems, particularly Google Workspace and property management software.
• In depth knowledge of relevant property legislation.
• Valid driver's licence and access to own car.
• Previous Property Management experience essential - ARLA qualification helpful.
