Capstone Recruitment are pleased to be working on behalf of GPE to appoint a Head of Project Delivery, a pivotal role within one of London's most respected and forward-thinking real estate companies.

GPE is renowned for delivering some of the capital's most high-profile, design-led commercial and mixed use developments. The business combines a deep understanding of London's built environment with an innovative approach to sustainability, technology, and customer experience.

The Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for overseeing and evolving GPE's project delivery function across a diverse development portfolio. The successful candidate will be a critical thinker with extensive project management experience and a proven track record of delivering major, commercially led schemes in central London.

You will lead delivery of key projects, ensure the business continues to achieve its net zero carbon and social value objectives, and promote innovation and continuous improvement in design, procurement, and construction delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the project delivery function, ensuring clarity of objectives, consistent quality, and team growth.
• Oversee the delivery of major developments from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Champion GPE's sustainability goals, driving achievement of annual environmental and social value targets.
• Implement robust cost control, procurement, and reporting strategies across all projects.
• Ensure best practice in design, risk, and quality management, and foster a strong culture of health and safety.
• Promote innovation through technology, design, and flexible working approaches.
• Encourage collaboration across all business functions, ensuring excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

• Proven experience leading complex, large-scale commercial or mixed use developments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
