Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production management, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Lead and develop a skilled technical and production team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate closely with design, creative, and client teams to ensure alignment throughout all project phases.
• Identify and mitigate risks, driving continuous improvement and innovation in production processes.

About you

• Proven experience in senior technical and production management roles, ideally within live events, experiential design, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of design and construction processes, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
