Head of Product Operations & Automation

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished Product Operations leader to drive operational excellence across Europe. You will shape the product operating model, steer automation, and align with North American teams while building scalable infrastructure and tooling for product teams.

As a player-coach, you will mentor a small ops team, implement transparent reporting, and coach modern product frameworks to accelerate delivery in regulated environments with continuous improvement at heart.
