Head of Product Growth & Viral Acquisition

Success Matcher Recruitment is seeking a Head of Product Growth to scale our product-led acquisition engine. You will lead initiatives including referral programs and viral growth loops, directly partnering with engineering and design teams to run experiments and build systems for significant expansion.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Product Growth, proven success in referrals, and strong analytical skills. A background in high-growth technology companies or startups is highly preferred.
