Head of Preconstruction & Bid Strategy

You will lead the preconstruction function, drive the work-winning strategy, and ensure robust, commercially sound tender submissions across a diverse project portfolio.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage the end-to-end preconstruction process and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellence in bid quality and client engagement.
