Job Description
Dumpton School is seeking a Head of Pre-Prep to lead the Pre-Prep and Nursery, reporting to the Headmaster and contributing to senior leadership and school development.
The role covers pastoral care, safeguarding, curriculum planning, staff leadership, budget, and co-curricular oversight, with a focus on inclusion and high standards.
