Head of Pre-Commencement & Build Safety Strategy

Axis CLC Group is seeking a Group Head of Pre-Commencement to lead national pre-commencement activity for social housing refurbishment and building safety programmes. The role; strategic, cross-functional and critical to project readiness before works commence.

You'll coordinate design development, approvals and regulatory compliance, aligning with Housing Associations, Local Authorities and regulatory bodies across the UK.
