Head of Power Plant Operations & Maintenance

Fuse Energy, LLC is seeking an O&M Manager to lead the Group's Service department, support the EPC team during end of construction, and ensure peak performance and full compliance of power plants.

This leadership role will drive continuous improvement, supervise external O&M contractors, manage budgeting and invoicing, and coordinate with owners, off-takers and financiers to deliver reliable, cost-efficient renewable energy.
