Head of Planning & Subcontract Manufacturing - OTIF Leader

CBSbutler Ltd. is seeking an experienced Head of Planning & Subcontract Manufacturing to lead the planning function for multi-programme, low-volume, high-value electromechanical products. The role is onsite in Hampshire and offers scope to shape the planning function and OTIF delivery.

You will manage a team of planners and subcontract managers, collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain and Production, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring material availability and on-time execution.
