St Leonards School is seeking a Head of People & Development to lead a positive workplace culture, drive engagement and inclusion, and provide informed HR guidance to support the school's operational and strategic plans.

Working with the Executive, Academic and Professional Services teams, you will shape the school's people agenda through evidence-based decision making, ensure compliance with employment law, and deploy management information tools for leaders. Sponsorship cannot be provided.
