Head of People & Culture - Hospitality

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Director of Talent & Culture to lead the property's people strategy and executive-enabled workforce initiatives in London. You will partner with the Managing Director and department leaders to shape recruitment, development, performance and compliance across the business.

You will oversee all Talent & Culture functions, foster a culture of accountability, inclusion and growth, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
