Head of People & Culture - Education Trust

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking a Director of People to lead the People strategy across three Catholic Multi-Academy Trusts in Nottingham. This strategic leadership role will engage closely with CEOs, Boards, and school leaders to ensure effective HR services for approximately 4,000 staff across 84 schools. The ideal candidate will have significant senior HR experience and a strong understanding of organisational development.
