Head of Payroll UK & Ireland - Transformation Leader

JD Group in the UK is seeking a Head of Payroll for UK & IRL to lead a high volume payroll operation across multiple entities, including Ireland, servicing over 25,000 colleagues from the Bury office.

You will shape payroll strategy, governance and automation, manage a team of 4 direct reports, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure compliance and service excellence in a fast paced environment.
