Head of Partnerships
Posted 56 minutes 22 seconds ago by CreateFuture
CreateFuture is fast becoming the UK's most recognisable digital consultancy, with years of experience building digital products and services for major organisations whilst putting our people first. We have offices in the centre of Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester, and London as well as remote employees located throughout the country.
We are a team of creators - whether that's code, project plans, go to market strategies, culture initiatives, marketing campaigns, large language models or people policies. And together, with our clients, we create the future. This has seen us collaborate and partner across a multitude of industries and sectors, with the likes of PayPal, adidas, Natwest, FanDuel and Money Saving Expert, to name just a few.
Our reputation as a partner determined to deliver high-quality, robust and thoughtful products has enabled us to scale to over 500 people in the last couple of years, and it is our amazing people - along with the safe, supportive and friendly culture we have built - that makes CreateFuture a great place to work. Don't just take our word for it though, we have been recognised by Best Workplaces UK multiple years in a row - across a number of categories - and our employee exit rate is astonishingly low.
Join us on our journey Let's create something awesome, together, today.
About the role and team:
CreateFuture's mission is to unleash the potential in our colleagues, clients and communities.
As we continue to reshape consulting through AI, digital engineering, and human centred design, our partnerships will be a key enabler of scale, capability, and credibility.
The Head of Partnerships will design and execute CreateFuture's ecosystem strategy - beginning with deepening our relationship with AWS and expanding over time into other strategic alliances. This role will ensure partnerships are a core commercial and strategic lever, driving growth, capability development, and brand recognition across the market.
What you'll be doing:
- Define the overall partnership vision, strategy and operating model for CreateFuture.
- Establish AWS as CreateFuture's flagship technology partnership - with clear targets for influence, joint propositions and client delivery.
- Build a structured roadmap to evolve the partnership from "vendor relationship" to strategic growth engine.
- Identify and assess new partnership opportunities (cloud, AI, data, engineering, and product ecosystems).
- Lead CreateFuture's relationship with AWS across partner, sales and technical channels.
- Build and maintain senior relationships with AWS Partner Development Managers and GTM leads.
- Manage participation in AWS Partner Network (APN) programs, including funding schemes, competency attainment, and co selling.
- Develop joint go to market propositions with AWS that showcase CreateFuture's consulting capabilities.
- Build a pipeline of partner sourced and co sold opportunities - with clear revenue and margin contribution.
Proven experience managing strategic partnerships with AWS within a consultancy, technology, or cloud first organisation.
- Deep understanding of AWS partner programs, go to market models, and joint commercial motions.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate partnership activity into tangible growth outcomes.
- Skilled in cross functional collaboration, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving change through others.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable building frameworks from the ground up in a scaling environment.
- Understanding of AI, cloud transformation, and digital engineering ecosystems.
At CreateFuture, we challenge ourselves to go beyond the obvious and we care deeply about our craft and customers. With us, you'll have ambitious projects to sink your teeth into and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.
