Head of Park Operations: Lead 40+ Team & KPIs

Recruitment Robin Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day park operations, guiding a front-of-house team of about 40 across catering and guest services. The role partners with Supervisors and the Animal Manager to ensure safety, guest experience, and peak readiness.

You will manage budgets, report to senior management, and drive improvements while delivering against KPIs for guest satisfaction, revenue, and operational performance.
