Head of Original Video & Franchise Growth

Pubity Group is seeking a senior leader to own the slate strategy and drive the group's original video output, from short-form to documentary and docuseries. You will shape what the group makes, ensure it scales, and build the capability to support growth.

You will lead a cross-functional team to transform formats into franchises, spin-offs or international versions, using data to guide decisions and investing in talent as the slate expands.
