Head of Order-to-Cash & Customer Experience

Essar Energy Transition is seeking a Head of Order to Cash at Stanlow Manufacturing Complex. You will lead the end-to-end OtC process, drive transactional excellence from order through invoicing and cash collection, and partner with Finance and Sales to optimise performance and service levels.

You will manage both onshore and offshore teams, embed robust governance, and lead digital transformation across SAP and related platforms to enhance data quality, efficiency and customer experience.
