Le Chene is supporting a UK-based organisation to appoint a Head of Operations to lead business performance, operational frameworks, and multi-site delivery across the UK.
Scope- Operational leadership across business units
- Building scalable processes and performance frameworks
- Governance, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Senior stakeholder management across UK & Europe
- Driving organisational efficiency and growth
- 10+ years operations leadership
- Experience in UK or European markets
- Strong analytical, people, and execution capabilities
- Proven ability to lead multi-site or multi-entity operations
