Head of Operations (Engineering / Facilities) - £90,000 - £110,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + Private Medical + Pension + Excellent Company Benefits - Central London - Commutable from Watford, Slough, Croydon, Enfield, Dartford, Romford, Wembley, Ilford and surrounding areas - Night Shift: Sunday - Thursday (10pm - 6am)

Are you a Head of Operations or Senior Operations Manager from an Engineering, Infrastructure or Technical Services background or similar looking to take a leading role within a major infrastructure organisation?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing business, where you will take full responsibility for overseeing large-scale engineering operations, leading large multidisciplinary teams and driving operational performance across critical infrastructure contracts.

The company are a market leader within their industry and are looking for a strong operational leader to oversee maintenance and installation activities, improve efficiencies and ensure the successful delivery of high-profile projects.

The Role:

• Lead and develop large multidisciplinary engineering and operational teams
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance alongside major installation projects
• Drive operational performance, KPIs, SLAs and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, contractual and quality standards

The Person:

• Head of Operations, Operations Director, Senior Operations Manager or similar
• Strong engineering, utilities, infrastructure, maintenance or technical services background
• Proven experience managing large teams of 100+
