Head of Operations & Logistics - Scale & Systems

Good Tuesday is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our growing ecommerce logistics and fulfilment operations from Cornwall with a move to a new HQ in Indian Queens planned in October. This senior, hands-on role focuses on scaling systems, capacity planning, and driving efficiencies that support growth.

You'll own stock flow, work with leadership, implement digital tools including a WMS, and lead Lean initiatives.
