Experience Required

• Experience working in fast-paced SME or scaling environments, with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Strong commercial acumen with a history of identifying opportunities and converting them into tangible outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams, building management capability, and driving high performance.
• Experience implementing operational improvements, systems, and structures to support growth.
• Comfortable using data, technology, and automation to enhance performance and decision-making.
• A hands-on, results-driven leader who takes ownership and delivers.
