Group Head of Operations - High Speed Food Equipment Monday Thursday 08 30; Friday, 08:00- 15:30 (Processing/Packaging/Inspection & Materials Handling Portfolio) Candidate MUST be from a Technical/Project/Engineering/Food Equipment Industry (or related) AND have relevant experience in Operational Management (or similar)! An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this incredible team as The Group Head of Operations based in Sligo Ireland with multi-site responsibility (2 sites including the UK minimum 1:6 weeks). The position is multifaceted and includes: Operational Leadership Controls, Processes & Continuous Improvement Commercial & Financial Performance Health, Safety & Compliance Experience Required: Proven experience in a Senior Operations or Manufacturing Leadership role. Strong track record in multi-site operations (UK/Ireland desirable). Experience Managing: Manufacturing environments Project-driven engineering businesses Installation and commissioning operations Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvement and operational excellence. Desirable Experience: Experience leading or working closely with Design and Engineering functions. Strong exposure to project management and delivery environments, including oversight of complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Experience integrating design, project delivery and manufacturing functions to improve overall business performance. Technical & Professional Skills Manufacturing Processes and Workflows Engineering Design and Integration Project Delivery Methodologies KPIs and Performance Management Systems Operational Controls and Governance Frameworks Commercially Aware with Financial Acumen.
