Head of Operations

A fast-growing deeptech venture creation company is looking for a highly organised and proactive Head of Operations to become the operational backbone of the business.

This is a hands on role spanning operations, people, systems, finance, and executive support and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast paced startup environments and enjoys building structure, improving processes, and helping teams scale effectively.

Responsibilities

You'll work closely with senior leadership across:

• Operations & systems management
• HR and team operations
• Executive support to CEO & COO
• Finance and business administration
• Events, projects, and internal coordination

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in operations or business support
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting senior leadership
• Confidence with systems, tools, and process improvement
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
