Head of Operations

Senior operations leader required to build and run the operating engine of a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. This is a hands on role focused on execution, accountability and turning strategy into real results.

What you will own

• Lead the company Objectives and Key Results framework and operating rhythm to drive focus and delivery
• Partner with the CEO to translate strategy into clear, measurable plans
• Run cross functional execution across Finance, HR, Legal, Information Security and Customer Support
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and resource planning
• Improve processes, automation and tooling to enable scale
• Provide clear visibility on performance, risk and priorities

What we need

• Proven experience in a scaling B2B SaaS or technology environment
• Strong track record delivering complex, cross functional initiatives
• Experience working closely with Finance, HR, Legal, Security or Support
• Analytical, data driven and commercially focused mindset
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
