Job Description
The Opportunity

You'll work closely with the CEO and collaborate with HR, Finance, department heads, and third-party providers to ensure everything behind the scenes functions seamlessly. Whether it's vendor management, office oversight, onboarding new hires, or supporting studio-wide wellbeing, your impact will be felt across the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how a growing studio operates, with direct influence on strategy, culture, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily studio operations, including oversight of facilities and hybrid working
  • Align operational execution with the studio's strategic vision and values
  • Collaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and staff wellbeing initiatives
  • Manage relationships with legal, insurance, IT, and other third-party vendors
  • Own budgeting support and financial operations alongside the CEO and Financial Lead
  • Ensure all systems, equipment, and tooling are enabling creativity and efficiency
  • Support compliance, contract management, and policy development
  • Coordinate and deliver studio-wide events and team activities
  • Contribute to long-term growth strategy, scaling initiatives, and cultural development
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in an operational leadership role within a games studio (20-100 people)
  • Outstanding problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
  • Clear understanding of game development pipelines and team structures
  • Comfortable working with budgets, contracts, and business operations systems
  • Strong stakeholder management across multiple internal and external teams
  • Ability to drive efficiency, alignment, and cohesion across fast-moving environments
  • Right to work in the UK
