Job Description
GXO is seeking a Head of Operations for our M&S site in Stoke, reporting to the General Manager. You will own operational performance across the site and lead senior teams across Operations, Finance, HR, QHSE, Inventory and Customer teams to deliver exceptional service and efficiency.
This is a full-time role with Monday-Friday hours, flexible about schedule. Salary up to £65,000 per year plus 25 days annual leave and a comprehensive benefits package including pension and health services.
