Head of Operations - Maternity Cover (London/Amsterdam)

Plumerai is seeking a Head of Operations on a 10-month fixed-term maternity cover basis, based in London with a shift to Amsterdam as needed. You will report to the CEO and oversee operations, cash flow, supplier management, and investor relations across the London and Amsterdam locations.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-growing tech startup, with responsibility for process improvements, compliance, and day-to-day people operations.
