Head of Operations - Energy Recovery & Safety

Encyclis Limited invites applications for a senior operations leader at one of our Energy Recovery Facilities. You will report to the Plant Manager and collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and site leadership to run daily operations.

You'll own performance, safety, compliance and the development of your team, driving excellence and cost control while coordinating with the Regional Engineering Team to share best practices across Encyclis sites.
