Head of Office

A HWNI is seeking a Head of Office to ensure their Office is managed and coordinated professionally and proactively. The Head of Office needs to have strong experience working in a similar role, be on-call 24/7, and have excellent organisation, communication, time management and IT skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the principal's personal and business diary, and email inboxes
• Coordinate all logistics, itineraries, flights, transfers, accommodation and more
• Manage business correspondence, monitor staff compliance, and maintain organised archives
• Liaise with lawyers and solicitors
• Plan and coordinate staff activities and work schedules
• Manage the security team, staff rotas, and annual leave
• Prepare, manage, and oversee budgets and financial enquiries
• Maintain and manage properties, ensuring any equipment or services are up to date and processed
• Oversee corporate vehicle maintenance, ensure MOTs and insurance are up to date, and supervise during important maintenance
• Manage and supervise the principal's inventories
• Manage, research, and coordinate health and wellness for the principal

Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:

• Have strong experience working in a similar Head of Office-type role
• Have previous experience managing properties, vehicles, finances, and staff
• Is discreet and professional
• Detail-oriented and have a proactive mindset
• Excellent organisational, communication, time management, and IT skills
• Be able to be on-call 24/7 and support the principal

Hours:

10:00 - 18:00; however, due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must be available on a 24/7 on-call basis

Salary:

£95,000 - £100,000 DOE
