Head of Moderation

The Head of Moderation is a Senior Management role responsible for overseeing moderation across Athr, including Discord communities, connected projects, and future platforms.

This role is responsible for building clear moderation standards, supporting moderators, reviewing serious cases, handling escalations, improving punishment consistency, and working closely with HR, Support, Community, and Leadership.

The ideal candidate should be fair, mature, organised, calm under pressure, and able to make difficult decisions without bias.
