The Role:- Lead the Maths Department: Oversee the curriculum, teaching strategies, and assessments for Key Stages 3 & 4.
- Inspire and Support: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of dedicated maths teachers, fostering a collaborative and innovative department.
- Drive Student Success: Ensure high standards of teaching and learning, encouraging students to excel in mathematics.
- Curriculum Development: Review and enhance the maths curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all learners and prepares them for success.
- Teaching Commitment: Teach across a range of year groups, setting a high standard of excellence for your department.
- Experienced Maths Teacher: You have a strong track record of teaching maths across Key Stages 3 & 4, with excellent subject knowledge.
- Leadership Skills: You have experience in a leadership or management role, or you are a talented teacher ready to step into a leadership position.
- Innovative and Collaborative: You're able to inspire and engage both staff and students, promoting a love for learning and continuous improvement.
- Qualified Teacher: You hold QTS certification and have a passion for developing both students and staff in mathematics.
