Join GamCare as our new Head of Marketing, Brand and Digital Engagement and play a pivotal role strengthening our position as the UK's leading provider of gambling support and connecting people with our services.

About Us

Founded in 1997, GamCare is the leading provider of information, advice and support for anyone affected by gambling harms. We operate the National Gambling Helpline, provide treatment for anyone who is harmed by gambling, create awareness about safer gambling and treatment, and encourage an effective approach to safer gambling within the gambling industry.

The Role

As Head of Marketing, Brand and Digital Engagement, you will develop bold, purpose driven and sophisticated marketing campaigns and brand initiatives that enhance GamCare's reputation, drive service awareness, and shape national conversations around gambling harm.

You will drive a brand refresh and lead a full review of GamCare's brand architecture, ensuring consistency, relevance and impact across all platforms and materials, and optimise GamCare's digital platforms (e.g. website, apps, online tools) to enhance user journeys, accessibility and service uptake.

Establishing robust performance frameworks, including brand tracking, audience analytics to measure and improve marketing effectiveness is also a key requirement.

About You

You will have substantial experience in marketing, with significant experience in strategic brand management and digital engagement, demonstrating expertise in developing, implementing and measuring integrated marketing strategies, digital transformation, and brand development.

You will have managed significant marketing budgets (£1M+) and have a strong track record in sophisticated digital marketing and brand tracking methodologies. Most importantly, you will bring the ability to inspire teams through positive leadership while delivering measurable impact across marketing and digital activities.
