Head of Marketing

We're looking for a driven and commercially aware Head of Marketing to join an ambitious, fast-growing challenger brand operating in a highly competitive, regulated consumer category. The brand is at a pivotal stage of growth and is investing in senior marketing leadership to sharpen the brand and scale direct acquisition.

This is a senior role reporting directly to the CEO.

The Head of Marketing will own brand positioning, acquisition performance and marketing ROI, blending strategic brand leadership with deep performance marketing expertise.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead brand repositioning and sharpen the Customer Value Proposition
• Improve digital conversion performance through structured experimentation and CRO
• Scale direct-to-consumer acquisition within strict CAC and ROAS targets
• Own channel prioritisation, budget allocation and forecasting
• Manage external agency partners against clear commercial KPIs
• Strengthen customer engagement, retention and lifetime value
• Act as a senior commercial voice influencing pricing, proposition and go-to-market strategy

What We're Looking For:

• Several years' senior marketing leadership experience
• A background in a regulated, competitive consumer category (e.g. insurance, fintech, utilities, telco, finance) would be beneficial
• Proven ownership of acquisition cost, unit economics and growth performance
• Deep understanding of digital funnels and conversion optimisation
• Commercially rigorous, data-led and outcomes-focused
• Motivated by building a distinctive challenger brand
