Job Description
  • Deliver the marketing strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, multi-location team
  • Oversee brand, campaigns, content and trade marketing (B2B & B2C)
  • Ensure compliance with advertising and industry regulations (CAP, ASA, MHRA)
  • Support product launches and international market growth
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and E-Commerce
  • Monitor performance and drive ROI
  • Manage external agency relationships
  • Contribute to broader commercial strategy
What You'll Bring:
  • Senior marketing experience in a regulated sector (vaping, alcohol, FMCG)
  • Experience with physical product not services
  • Proven brand life-cycle experience including brand relaunch
  • Proven leadership of in-house and remote teams
  • Expertise in brand, campaign and content marketing
  • Strong grasp of compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience across international markets preferred
  • Commercially aware with strong communication skills
  • Willing to work from Darwen and travel as needed
