Head of Marketing - Luxury Hotels & Brand Growth

Brownsword Hotels in Bath seeks a Group Head of Marketing to lead brand, guest demand and commercial marketing strategy across the collection. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape how our stories are told, how brands grow, and how marketing contributes to revenue, direct bookings and long-term equity.

You will execute the brand strategy, ensure brand consistency, drive website performance, manage paid campaigns, social media, CRM and SEO, and lead a high-performing marketing team while
