About the Role

We are looking for someone with a sharp commercial mindset, with a focus on building a strong pipeline of leads, raising awareness and deepening engagement with clients across diverse industries.

You will work cross-functionally with colleagues in Sales, Product and Client Services to position HealthHero as a trusted partner. The role is particularly well-suited to someone with experience in regulated sectors such as Healthcare, Insurance or Fintech, who understands how to balance creativity with rigour. For the right individual, this is a rare opportunity to change the game in B2B healthcare marketing - shaping how digital healthcare is perceived and adopted, while making a measurable impact on both brand growth and commercial outcomes.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Plan and implement marketing strategies that align with HealthHero's business goals
  • Develop and refine value propositions to clearly communicate the benefits and unique selling points/usability of HealthHero's products and services
  • Lead on content creation, managing for sharp, on brand messaging, user impact, while meeting customer acquisition and retention objectives
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including events, digital, social media, email, and traditional media
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI
  • Lead demand generation campaigns and account-based marketing to engage larger clients and expand existing relationships
  • Amplify HealthHero's presence through awareness-building initiatives, including thought leadership, client communications and brand activations
  • Plan and deliver webinars and client engagement events that showcase HealthHero's expertise and generate high-quality leads
  • Enhance and manage the marketing technology stack (CRM, analytics, automation, AI tools), ensuring systems are integrated, data is accurate, and insights are actionable

About you, Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand growth in the B2B sector
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing channels, social media, and content marketing
  • Awareness of SEO, SEM and B2C customer acquisition strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with a strong 'first principles' thinking approach
  • Ability to turn things around quickly, juggle and multi-task in a fast paced and high growth environment
