Head of Manufacturing Operations & Continuous Improvement

JCB Cab Systems is seeking an Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations, owning Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People (SQDCP) performance while driving continuous improvement across the site.

You will collaborate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance and senior leadership to deliver sustainable operational performance and develop high performing teams that thrive in a fast paced production environment.
