Job DescriptionThe Head of Manufacturing is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the COO, with full accountability for multiple value streams and all SQDCP metrics. You will lead a large team of approximately 120 employees through direct reports including production and process leaders, driving operational excellence and enabling a multi year growth plan.
Key Responsibilities- Shape and lead a high performance culture across manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement Continuous Improvement strategies to optimise efficiency and capacity.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Quality leadership to align strategy and execution.
- Drive best in class inventory management and production planning.
- Champion world class Health & Safety standards across all operations.
- A dynamic, forward thinking leader with a proven track record in manufacturing transformation.
- Experience in highly regulated or safety critical product environments.
- Strong expertise in Lean principles and operational excellence.
- Demonstrable success in driving systems, processes, and cultural change to deliver efficiency and scalability.
- Quality focused with the ability to lead complex processes in a compliance driven environment.
- Ambitious and motivated to play a key role in large scale transformation within a senior leadership capacity.
