Job Description

The Head of Manufacturing is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the COO, with full accountability for multiple value streams and all SQDCP metrics. You will lead a large team of approximately 120 employees through direct reports including production and process leaders, driving operational excellence and enabling a multi year growth plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and lead a high performance culture across manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement Continuous Improvement strategies to optimise efficiency and capacity.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Quality leadership to align strategy and execution.
• Drive best in class inventory management and production planning.
• Champion world class Health & Safety standards across all operations.

The Successful Applicant

• A dynamic, forward thinking leader with a proven track record in manufacturing transformation.
• Experience in highly regulated or safety critical product environments.
• Strong expertise in Lean principles and operational excellence.
• Demonstrable success in driving systems, processes, and cultural change to deliver efficiency and scalability.
• Quality focused with the ability to lead complex processes in a compliance driven environment.
• Ambitious and motivated to play a key role in large scale transformation within a senior leadership capacity.
