Head of Maintenance & Facilities - Care Home Leadership

A care home provider is seeking a Head of Maintenance in Woking. You will ensure a clean and well-maintained environment, manage a variety of maintenance tasks, and liaise with contractors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience, a trade skill, and a full UK driving licence. You will support the General Manager in budget planning and uphold the wellbeing of residents while managing tasks inside and outside the care home.
